our life has changed.. with Bella, she makes us laugh everyday, makes us worry about her, makes us think of her.. She changes our priorities..She is a fast learner. it is funny when she learned how to flush the toilet by watching us. I was scarced at once when i looked at the video but then i was laughing as she learned so quickly. she has been crying at night when she sleeps alone. she stopped when papa sleeps next to her.. well, we can't do this in the long run. i hope she will get use to sleeping alone and live indepdently. probably because she has separation anxiety at her age. everyday, i am thinking of her at work! this is unbelievable. at first, i didn't really have any feeling with Dog or any kind of animal. but now, i really love her, she is part of our life now!!! i am working from home this week. she knows when i am typing, she knows i am busy and then she sits very quietly in front of my legs. so funny! we love her, we spoil her and i hope she is healthy and happy living with us. She brings a lot of happiness to our life and i hope i can do the same for her. I bought her a king size bed despite the fact that she has her own crate. I also bought her so many new toys!!! We will take her to the puppy class this week and i will check out the store that sell organic pet foods. Thanks god for bringing Bella to our life! she is adorable. here is a picture of when she is sleeping. lovely.

Bella says Hi!
My name is Bella and I am a Goldendoodle. I am a 11 weeks old baby girl. I just moved to Seattle 2 days ago and flew from Texas, USA.
I weigh 10 pounds and my hair is curly! My color is creamy. I don’t like to sleep alone at night and I need to sleep 18 hours a day. I like to eat and love playing with people. I just learned a few words from my parents, to name a few such as “Sit”, “Come”, “Night Night”. I just got a new bed and a few more toys from my parents today! Yeah!
I look forward to meeting you all in person and will give you a warm welcome when I see you next time.
Charlie and I are thrilled to have Bella! We can’t stop looking or thinking of her! She keeps us very busy at night and during the day. We currently don’t have enough sleep but we believe we can put together a good discipline. When she is fully trained, we would love to introduce her to you guys. If you have any suggestion on books, games or trendy clothes, please do let me know!

We are excited to bring our puppy home tonight. We picked her up from the airport tonight. she is adorable. She is a goldendoodles. She is creamy color and a 9 weeks old baby girl. we haven't given her a name yet.. I feel like she is gonna change our life!! i can't stop looking at her. She sleeps so comfortably!!! I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!! Don't believe this is only her first day!!! There will be plenty of laughthers in our house!! YEAH. when we took her out to our backyard tonight, she was shaking a lot... i was so worried. then we decided to take her for a quick hot shower to warm her up.. it works! Then we cover her with a towel and put her on our mat in the master bathroom. 5 mins later she fell as sleep! sleep like a baby!! so so cute!! I hope she will feel better tomorrow. probably she was on the plane for too long and she is not used to the cold weather in Seattle. One step at a time! We don't have any experience with dog. it will be a fun experience for me and my hubby!

Discover my first gray hair and met someone great!
The weather is very sunny today and i feel like Spring is around the corner. We were busy this morning as we need to get ready for our tax planning. We went to meet with our CPA. Oh My god, he is my role model! I am glad we took the first step. Hans is so inspiring and he shared with us his life experience. I wish one day i can be successful like him. what i mean by successful is not about money is about knowing what you want to achieve in life and achieve your goals. his wife is relatively sick but he has a very positive attitude. Not only he donated 10% of his income to help the poor, he also set aside trust for his wife and daughter. He is 100% debt free and has a good life. He takes 3 months off each year to help others and do the things he enjoys to do. The key takeaways I have is manage your finance well, have a long term goal and put a plan together that can help you realize your dreams and goals. I asked him why he is still working hard at this age, he said one of his plans is to donate 50% of his income to the poor! what a dream!!! i wish one day i can do the same. live a happy and debt free life and at the same time give a helping hands to help others!
secondly, I discovered my first gray hair this morning. i was surprised when i saw that but then i realized this is just a normal aging process. Getting older is a sign of having more experience and more maturity. Love it!

Diaster Survival kit
When I woke up this morning, the first thing I heard from the news is the Nuclear emergency in Japan. This has been terrifying and I can't imagine the experience the Japanese is encountering right now. My heart goes to them and I really hope there will not be any explosion and hope Japan can get through this crisis. one key takeaway I have is we need to be thankful of what we have and live a happy life as we don't really know what will happen next. I don't believe the whole town (Sendai) in Japan is gone in 30 mins! This is scary... I also learned that my friend lost several family members from the earthquake. Trying new recipe - Red Curry with Udon! Yummy
It has been raining in Seattle and today is the first day for the Summer time zone. I woke up at 10am = 9am our normal time. Then we had late breakfast. until 1:30pm, I decided to try out new recipe for lunch. I made Red Curry with Chicken, Bell Pepper, Dry Tofu and Udon. It turns out great with the exception of the texture of the chicken as it was a bit tough.
Here is the recipe:
1. Cook your udon or noodle for 3 min. then put them into a shallow dish with ice water to avoid cooking while waiting
2. Heat the oil in a large pan. add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. add the scallions, garlic and ginger and stir fry fo 2 minutes
3. Add the chicken stock (2 cups for 2 people), coconut milk (3/4 cup), curry paste (2 tsp), peanut butter (3 tbsp), soy sauce (2tbsp low sodium). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and simmer for 8 minutes. Add the bell pepper, peas, dry Tofu, cliantro and scallion and cook for an additiional 2 minutes
4. Add the udon and heat through. Spoon into warmed serving bowls and serve immediately

Exploring a new Taiwanese Restaurant 沸點臭臭鍋
We tried a new Taiwanese restaurant yesterday. The name of the restaurant is Boiling Point or in Chinese "沸點臭臭鍋" and it is located on 1075 Bellevue Way NE Space B4, Bellevue WA 98004. It specializes in Hot Pot (Individual portion). It has all kinds of different hot pots ranging from Lamb, Beef, Seafood, and house special with "Smelly Tofu" and Pig blood. I ordered the house special and Char char ordered the Lamb hot pot and a Stawberry slush. Average price is USD11.5/person for the hot pot and the price for the smoothie or bubble tea is around USD2.5 to 3.5/person. I think the portion for the hot pot is a bit small and not enough meat. The beverage is a bit pricy but it looks so beautiful.
